Terms of Sale

Last updated: 20 August 2026. These Terms of Sale apply to all wholesale orders placed with BBLS360 LTD, trading as NXC Chargers ("we", "us", "our"), and form part of the contract between us and the buyer ("you").

1. Minimum Order Quantities

Products are sold in fixed wholesale case quantities per SKU (currently 10, 20, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, or 300 units). Orders below the listed minimum quantity for a product cannot be accepted through this store.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and exclude VAT and any import duties or taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at checkout unless separate credit terms have been agreed with us in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment is not received in full.

3. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods remains with BBLS360 LTD until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, you must hold the goods on a fiduciary basis and keep them identifiable as our property.

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for further detail on dispatch times and carriers.

5. Inspection and Claims

You must inspect goods promptly on receipt. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Product Warranty and Certification

All products supplied are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified for their respective markets at the time of dispatch. We warrant that goods will materially conform to the description provided at the time of order. This warranty does not cover misuse, alteration, or normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, customs delays, or carrier failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
